How Helping Hands for Senior Plans Started
Helping Hands for Senior Plans began in 2008 in the basement of their home when Kurt Fricke decided to focus his insurance experience on helping seniors navigate Medicare. With more than 40 years in the insurance industry, Kurt had already seen how confusing insurance options could be, and he wanted to provide a more personal and supportive approach for people trying to understand their Medicare coverage.
Not long after, Carol joined the business as well, helping grow the agency and build long-term relationships with clients throughout the Omaha area. In 2018, Marissa joined the team, making Helping Hands for Senior Plans a true family business.
Today, our family continues to focus on the same mission we started with — helping seniors and their families throughout Nebraska and Iowa understand Medicare and choose coverage with confidence.

Kurtis Fricke
Founder of Helping Hands for Senior Plans, Kurt has more than 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. Since starting the agency in 2008, he has focused on helping seniors understand Medicare and choose the right coverage.
Caroline Fricke
Carol joined Helping Hands shortly after the agency was founded and has helped build strong relationships with Medicare clients throughout the Omaha area. She enjoys helping seniors feel comfortable and confident about their coverage decisions.
Marissa Fricke-White
Marissa joined Helping Hands for Senior Plans in 2018, continuing the family tradition of helping seniors navigate Medicare. She works closely with clients to review plan options and provide clear, supportive guidance.
